Accepted Payment Methods

We do not currently accept checks, money orders, cash on delivery or payment methods not shown at checkout.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is authorized and charged when your order is placed. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund the amount for that item to your original payment method.
Payment Security
Checkout is processed through Shopify's PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructure over an encrypted connection. SDS HVAC Supply never sees or stores your full card number.
Order Verification
To protect our customers, some orders may be held for verification. If we cannot verify an order, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment in full. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
Declined Payments
