1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of sdshvac.com and any purchase from SDS HVAC Supply. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility

3. Products and Compatibility
We make every effort to list accurate specifications and compatibility information. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your equipment before purchase. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item shipped.
4. Installation and Safety
HVAC components, electrical controls and refrigerant-containing products must be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable local codes, permit requirements and federal refrigerant regulations. Where required, installation should be performed by a licensed or certified technician. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.
5. Pricing and Availability
Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order is placed.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a full refund.

8. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping terms, including estimated delivery times, are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to SDS HVAC Supply or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party brand names are used only to describe product compatibility.
