Refund policy

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition with all parts, accessories and manuals
  • In the original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, wired, connected or used
  • Pre-charged refrigerant line sets that have been opened, connected or had fittings disturbed
  • Cleaning products that have been opened
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper installation or neglect

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@sdshvac.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method.

Returns sent without first contacting us may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we will cover return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you need. This is the fastest way to get the correct part to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not seen your refund within 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at info@sdshvac.com.
